Lily una artista de avanzada edad reflexiona sobre lo que significa ser una artista mientras pinta el que probablemente será su mejor y último cuadro. Cuando se da cuenta de que le falta un color para acabarlo y que no tiene dinero para comprarlo tiene que tomar una drástica decisión…

Lily, an old artist, while she paints what is probably her last and best picture, reflects on what it means to be an artist. When she realizes that she is missing a color to finish her work, and seeing that she has no money, she makes a drastic decision…

ESPAÑOL

Violeta nació en Barcelona en 1978 y ha trabajado en la industria cinematográfica desde 1997. Estudió dirección y producción cinematográfica en Barcelona (IDEP), Madrid (TAI) y Nueva York (NYFA) Ha trabajado en producciones españolas con maestros como Carlos Saura, José Luis García Sánchez y Andrés Vicente Gómez. También ha trabajado en producciones británicas y Alemanas. En 2003 produjo una largometraje llamado La Fiesta distribuido por Walt Disney Company (España). También ha dirigido documentales y varios cortometrajes incluyendo: Loft, Where´s Woody, Entre Raíles, Marquinhos, etc. que han sido seleccionados en distintos festivales de cine. Como guionista, tres largometrajes: Atrévete, Entre Raíles y Myths que se encuentra ahora en fase de pre-producción

Violeta was born in Barcelona in 1978 and has been working in the film industry since 1997. She studied filmmaking and production in Barcelona (IDEP), New York (NYFA) and Madrid (TAI). She worked on Spanish productions with great masters as Carlos Saura, José Luis García Sanchez and Andrés Vicente Gómez. Violeta also worked on several British and German productions with personalities as Paul McGann and Paul Copley. In 2003 she produced a very successful feature film La Fiesta distributed by Walt Disney Company (Spain). As a director she has directed documentaries and several short films, including: Loft, Where´s Woody, Entre Raíles, Marquinhos, that have been selected in several film festivals. As a screenwriter she has written three feature films: Atrévete, Entre Raíles and Myths- which is in pre-production
