SINOPSIS /SYNOPSIS

ESPAÑOL
Liebestraum no. 3 nace de la pieza musical homónima del compositor húngaro Franz Liszt (1811-1886), cuya traducción literal es “Sueño de amor”. A partir de la música y de su evolución emocional, la historia trata de aunar partitura y narración para hablarnos del principio y final de un primer amor.
Rodri e Irene se conocen, se enamoran, se separan, y se reencuentran para descubrir que el sueño murió. La historia de un sueño, el sueño del primer amor.

ENGLISH
Liebestraum no. 3 is based on the homonymous musical piece of the hungarian composer Franz Liszt (1811–1886). Its meaning would be “Dream of love”, so the short film is trying to put together music and narration to speak about the first love.
Rodri and Irene meet, fall in love, separate and re encounter to discover that the dream has died. The story of a dream, the dream of the first love.

Liebestraum no. 3 vient de la pièce musicale éponyme du compositeur hongroise Franz Liszt (1811-1886), qui se traduit littéralement comme «rêve d’amour ». De la músique et son évolution émotionnelle, l’histoire veut rassembler partition et narration pour nous parler des commencements et la fin du premier amour. Rodri et Irene font la connaissance, tombent amoureux, se éloignent et se rétrouvent pour découvrir que le rêve est mort. L’histoire d’un rêve, le rêve d’un premier amour.

ESPAÑOL

Javier Jarillo nace en Sevilla el 16 de agosto de 1976. Se diploma en dirección de Fotografía, en el Campus de Ponferrada (Universidad de León). Como director de fotografía cabe destacar Pasos de baile (Madrid, 2011), Just Locked (Praga, 2005), La margueritte a dit non (París, 2005) y Tres segundos (Ponferrada, 2004). Entre 2007 y 2010 realiza videos de conciertos de música contemporánea para la revista Doce notas; y en 2008 dirige y realiza el proyecto del DVD Ocho compositoras españolas, por encargo del CDMC (Centro para la difusión de la música contemporánea), dentro del Festival Ellas Crean. “Liebestraum no. 3” (2012) es su primer cortometraje en circuito de distribución nacional e internacional.

Javier Jarillo was born in Sevilla (August 16th of 1976). He graduates in direction of photography in Ponferrada`s Campus (University of León, Spain). As a director of photography, we can remark Pasos de baile (Madrid, 2011), Just Locked (Prague, 2005), La margueritte a dit non (Paris, 2005) and Tres segundos (Ponferrada, 2004). He has also produced contemporary music concerts videos for the web magazine Doce notas (2007-2010). In 2008 he produced and directed the DVD`s project Ocho compositoras españolas, assign by CDMC (Center for Difusion of Contemporary Music), being part of the Festival Ellas Crean. Liebestraum no. 3 (2012) is his first short film as a director.

En tant que directeur de la photographie on peut remarquer Pasos de baile (Madrid, 2011), Just Locked (Prague, 2005), La margueritte a dit non (París, 2005) et Tres segundos (Ponferrada, 2004).
