Simón paseaba todos los domingos por delante de la casa de su ex novia porque era su día de hacer la colada.

Actualmente, Jorge está terminando su primera película como director, “Mindscape“ (estreno octubre 2013) protagonizada por Mark Strong, Taissa Farmiga y Brian Cox

Además, Jorge trabaja como realizador de publicidad para marcas como Movistar, Iberdrola, Nintendo, Orange y Ayuntamiento de Madrid entre otros muchos, concretamente para la candidatura de los Juegos Olímpicos. En el 2008 fue nominado a mejor director novel de publicidad en España. Jorge ha dirigido seis cortos: “El otro, “La guerra”, “Limoncello”, “Líneas de fuego”, “Gracias” y “Siguiente”. En 2007, “La guerra”, codirigido con Luiso Berdejo, además de ser nominado al goya por Mejor Cortometraje, ganó 47 premios y fue visto en más de cien festivales de todo el mundo. Sus otros cortos también han sido premiados y vistos en más de 28 paises.
Jorge también ha trabajado en más de 20 películas como ayudante de dirección, con directores tan aclamados como Pedro Almodóvar (“La mala educación” y “Hable con ella”), Baz Lhurman (Moulin Rouge) y Guillermo del Toro (El espinazo del Diablo).

Nowadays, Jorge is finishing his first film as a director, “Mindscape” with Mark Strong, Taissa Farmiga y Brian Cox.

Also, Jorge works as a commercials director and his clients include Movistar, Iberdrola, Nintendo, Orange and Madrid City Council, specifically the Olympic bid campaign. In 2008 he was nominated Best New Commercials Director in Spain.
Jorge has directed six short films “El otro”, “La guerra”, “Limoncello”, “Líneas de fuego”, “Gracias” and “Siguiente”.
In 2007, “La guerra”, which he co-directed with Luiso Berdejo, in addition to being nominated for a Goya for Best Spanish Short Film has won 47 other awards and has been shown in more than a hundred festivals around the World. His other shorts are also multi award winning and have been seen in more than 28 countries.
Jorge has also worked on more than 20 films as assistant director and for such acclaimed Directors as Pedro Almodovar (“Bad Education” and “Talk to Her”), Baz Lhurman (“Moulin Rouge”) and Guillermo del Toro (“The Devil´s Backbone”).
