SINOPSIS /SYNOPSIS

ESPAÑOL

“Jornada de puertas abiertas” es la historia de un matrimonio que trata de superar una crisis mediante un intercambio de parejas. Un drama disfrazado de comedia en el que los personajes se enfrentan a sus miedos más íntimos dejando en evidencia las carencias de una vida en común.

“Jornadas de puertas abiertas” (Open House) is the story of a married couple who strikes to overcome a crisis through swinging. A drama disguised as a comedy where characters will face their most intimate fears, unveiling the deficiencies of a common life.

ESPAÑOL

Vicente Bonet es un director castellonense que cuenta con una amplia formación cinematográfica y de publicidad. Estudió en el Centre d´Estudis Cinematogàfics de Catalunya y se licenció en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas en la Universidad Jaume I de Castellón (España).

Después de formarse con pequeños cortometrajes, se propuso realizar su primer corto profesional A cuestas con mis padres (2008) que fue premiado en la VIII edición del festival Jameson Notodofilmfest con el premio El Rey del Box Office y que recientemente ha recibido el Premio al Mejor Cortometraje Extranjero en Santo Domingo OutFest.

Asiduo al Notodofilmfest, ha participado en posteriores ediciones con el corto GRP, una crítica a la televisión y a los “reality shows”, con Macarrones, un drama social que narra las angustias de una madre primeriza y con Love Wars, inspirado en la Guerra de las Galaxias, y que ha sido seleccionado en más de 80 festivales nacionales e internacionales y cuenta ya con nueve premios.

Además, recientemente se alzó con el primer premio del concurso Corto de azúcar convocado por la farmacéutica Novartis, con su trabajo Báilale al azúcar.

Este año estrena Jornada de Puertas Abiertas, cortometraje que narra la historia de un matrimonio en decadencia que decide hacer un intercambio de parejas, y que está protagonizado por los actores Joan Manuel Gurillo e Isabel Gadea.

ENGLISH

Vicente Bonet is a director from Castellon, with a wide cinematographic and advertising background. He studied cinema at the center of Cinematographic Studies (Centre d’Estudis Cinematogràfics) from Catalonia, and is graduated with Advertising and public relations from the University Jaume I.

After having experienced with small short movies, he then proposed himself to realize his first profesional one: “A cuestas con mis padres” (Nowhere without my parents), rewarded in the VIII edition of Jameson Notodofilmfest within the category “The box office king”, and which has recently received the award of the best foreign made short movie in the Santo Domingo Outfest festival.

Regular of this festival, he has participated in further contests, with “GRP”: a criticism of television and reality shows, “Macarrones”, a social drama relating the anxieties of a first-time mother and with Love Wars, is a short movie inspired on Star Wars that has been selected in more than 80 festivals, national and internationals, and has been awarded 9 times.

Moreover, he has received very recently the first prize in the Short movie contest organized by the Pharmaceutical Novartis, with the work “Bailale al azucar”.
This year, he presents “Jornada de puertas abiertas” (Open House), a short movie relating the story of a decaying married couple who becomes swingers, starring by Joan Manuel Gurillo and Isabel Gadea.
