SINOPSIS / SYNOPSIS

 

ESPAÑOL

María es madre soltera y trabaja como servicio de limpieza en una gran empresa. Harta de su precaria situación, María decide idear un plan y pasar a la acción.

Maria is a single mother who works as a cleaning service employee for a large enterprise. Overwhelmed by her precarious life, Maria decides to set up a plan and set it into motion.

BIOFILMOGRAFÍA DIRECTOR / DIRECTOR’S BIOFILMOGRAPHYESPAÑOL

Julieta Alcaide (Barcelona, 1984) se licencia en Comunicación Audiovisual y posteriormente realiza el Máster en Dirección Cinematográfica por la ESCAC. En 2013 se inicia en el mundo audiovisual trabajando como ayudante de dirección en cine, televisión y publicidad. En 2016 escribe y dirige su primer cortometraje “Felices Treinta”, y un año más tarde, “Servicio de Limpieza” donde en clave de comedia dramática narra la odisea de Maria, una madre soltera, que harta de su precaria situación económica decide pasar a la acción. A raíz de estos proyectos nace “Partners in Crime Films”, colectivo a través del cual produce y dirige sus propios proyectos audiovisuales.

ENGLISH

Julieta Alcaide (Barcelona, 1984) studied Audiovisual Communication and later obtained her Master’s degree of Arts in Filmmaking at the ESCAC (Escola Superior de Cinema i Audiovisuals de Catalunya). In 2013 she begins her professional career as assistant director in films, TV and advertising. In 2016 she writes and directs her first short film “Happy Thirties”, and one year later comes , “The Cleaning Service” which humorously showcases the “odyssey” of Maria , a single mother who overwhelmed by her precarious life decides to take action. Stemming from this project the ‘Partners in Crime Films’ group is born as a platform from which she produces and directs her own audiovisual projects.
